Apparao Sunkara, 68, of Hicksville, New York, is now accused of aggravated sexual assault, three counts of official misconduct, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of sexual assault by contact.

A Hudson County Grand Jury indicted Sunkara, a teacher at the Infinity Institute

Sunkara had previously been arrested in March girl on charges of sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl at the school in 2019.

The Grand Jury indictment upgraded those charges and added additional charges for the sexual assault of two additional victims, both of whom are 12 years old.
