Noel Williams, 33, of Union City, was last seen entering his home on 42nd Street last night around 7:30 p.m., police said.

He was wearing gray pants, a blue coat, a gray hat, black sneakers and carrying a red tote bag, officials said.

Williams “is fascinated by public transportation and may be headed to the Port Authority bus terminal or Times Square,” authorities said.

The missing man is non-verbal, but writes notes and gives them to the operators of public transportation in order to travel, according to police.

A missing person flyer describes Williams as a black man who stands five-feet, two inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.
