Man with cobra tattoo on forehead arrested for North Bergen shooting

A man with a cobra tattoo on his forehead was arrested by the North Bergen Police Department, who received aid from the FBI, for a shooting incident that took place in December, authorities said.

Anibal Jose, 27, was detained this morning for aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, possession of a defaced firearm and certain persons not to have a weapon, police said.

On December 12, 2016, Jose was involved in a shooting that occurred on the corner of 45th Street and Bergen Turnpike, as HudPost first reported.

Three other young men from North Hudson were arrested days after the incident, which resulted in no injuries, occurred.

Jose was arrested in Jersey City this morning by The North Bergen Police Department Detective Bureau, who worked with the FBI – Fugitive Task Force to detain Jose without incident, authorities said.
