As the result of a narcotics investigation, a Bayonne man was caught with a handgun, ecstasy and over one ounce of marijuana, police said. Â

Terrell Williams, 29, of Bayonne, was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, certain persons not to possess weapons, possessing a firearm while committing a controlled dangerous substance offense, possession of over one ounce of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute within 500 feet of
public housing, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (ecstasy), possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute within 500 feet of public housing and possession of narcotic paraphernalia, according to Police Lt. Eric Amato.
Police did not release any further information regarding the length or scope of the narcotics investigation that led to Williams arrest.
