“This morning, the FBI recovered a white van with possible connection to the Jersey City shootings,” their Newark office said in a statement.

“The van was recovered in Orange, NJ and the FBI will examine for any evidence. No further information is available at this time.”

According to the Ramapo Police Department, the FBI had contacted local authorities 2001 to locate a 2001 white Ford van with the New Jersey license plate number B40JSD.

The vehicle is believed to have been connected to Tuesday’s tragedy in Jersey City, which left six dead.

Earlier this week, the FBI announced that they had set up a website in order to collect pictures, videos, and any other relevant information from Tuesday’s incident, which is now being investigated as a domestic terrorism/bias crime.
