A Brooklyn man was arrested with 200 grams of heroin, with a street value of $14,000 in Jersey City las week, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced.Â

Hinginio Ventura, 32, of Brooklyn, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute (heroin) and possession of CDS with intent to distribute while within 1,000 feet of a school, Suarez said in a statement.
On April 13th, following a short investigation, members of the Hudson County Prosecutorâ€™s OfficeÂ Narcotics Task Force and the Newark Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration arrested a VenturaÂ after 200 grams of heroin were found in his car, officials said.
The street value of the total quantity of heroin seized isÂ approximately $14,000. Ventura was arrested without incident by the Hudson County Prosecutorâ€™s OfficeÂ in Jersey City, police said.
Suarez also credited the Newark Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration and
Hudson County Sheriffâ€™s office K-9 Unit for assisting with the arrests.
