Poll: Where will Donald Trump get the most votes in Hudson County?

While it’s a foregone conclusion that President Donald Trump (R) won’t win New Jersey and/or Hudson County in today’s presidential race, where do you think he’ll garner the most support locally?

Trump scored a little over 22 percent of the vote in navy blue Hudson County back in 2016, winning eight out of around 450 districts: five in Secaucus, two in Bayonne, and one in Kearny.

Of course, a lot has changed since then, and the clerk from the Hudson County Board of Elections has said that he expects voter turnout to exceed four years ago, despite a primarily vote-by-mail contest that pits Trump against former Vice President Joe Biden (D).

Two caravan rallies for Trump took place in the past week: one that passed through Union City and West New York and another that drove through Weehawken and Hoboken.

Biden is expected to win New Jersey by about a four-to-one margin, though this is not a state pivotal in winning the presidency.

Voters can still place their VBMs in their municipal drop boxes or head to the polls to vote provisionally in person until 8 p.m. this evening.
