Raissa Restivo, 34, of Boca Raton, FL, was charged with DWI, assault by auto, and reckless driving, according to Police Det. Sgt. Jonathan Mecka.

Shortly after 6:50 p.m. yesterday, Officers Bianca Arroyo and Brandon Fitzgibbons were dispatched to 6th and 7th on Bloomfield Street on the report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries.

Prior to their arrival, Lt. Ranaldo Gonzalez arrived on scene where he observed an overturned Chevy Cruise. The driver, who remained on scene, was identified as Raissa Restivo.

During the on-scene investigation, Restivo was placed under arrest for DWI and assault by auto. Restivo struck two parked vehicles prior to her vehicle flipping over.

One of the parked vehicles she struck was pushed into its owner who was standing next to the vehicle. That victim was transported to a local hospital for a leg injury.

The crash involved a total of 3 vehicles (2 parked) and only one person was injured.

Restivo was arrested and received an assault by auto charge, which was placed on a summons, and two motor vehicle summons for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.

She was later released to a responsible party, authorities said.
