Jzamere Woods, 21, of Georgia, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, three
counts of possession of a high-capacity magazine, unlawful possession of hollow point ammunition, and unlawful possession of handgun ammunition, Miller said in a statement.
Yesterday at approximately 3:26 p.m., Police Officer Michael Borrelli stopped a Nissan Altima for speeding on the Meadowlands Parkway.
While speaking with the occupants, Borrelli developed information that there was a
handgun within the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle a Glock 19 9mm handgun loaded with a 15-round magazine and a round in the chamber, was seized.
Additionally, a loaded 17-round magazine and 31-round magazine were also seized. Both magazines were loaded with both hollow point and full metal jacket ammunition, authorities said.
“This gun arrest is another example of the results of proactive policing efforts by members of the Secaucus Police Department,” Miller added.
“Possessing a loaded firearm with these high-capacity magazines is testament to the potential dangers our officers are up against.”
Hey, at least he didn’t have trash bags of ballots filled out for Joe Biden.
