North Bergen family seeking public’s help to locate Fairview teen that went missing on Thursday

A North Bergen family is seeking the public’s help to locate a Fairview teen that went missing after staying with her sister in the township on Thursday.

Janya Hernandez, 15, of Fairview, was staying with her sister, Yudelki Garcia, at her North Bergen home on Thursday before she went missing around 6:30 p.m., Garcia told HCV this morning.

“There’s no update and we are very worried,” she added.

Hernandez is about five-feet, two inches tall and 150 pounds, with a tan complexion and glasses.
