N.J. MVC offering mobile unit at West New York Town Hall on Tuesday

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission is offering an appointment only mobile unit at West New York Town Hall, 428 60th St., on Tuesday from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m.

The event is by appointment only and registration has been closed, the NJ MCV announced. The Town of West New York first announced the event on their website on Monday, July 17th.

The mobile unit will offer real ID application hours between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., with driver’s licenses, license plates, placards, non-driver identification cards, registration renewal, and examination permits, among other things.

Anyone seeking NJ MCV services will need to bring six points of identification, which includes on primary document, one secondary document, proof of address, and a verifiable social security or ITN number.
