According to a worker at the diner, a man, later identified as Crooke-Henriquez, was observed urinating on the outside of the building by this representative.

The employee confronted Crooke-Henriquez which resulted in him becoming belligerent as he proceeded to walk around the exterior of the building.

As he made it around to the front door, he and another man began arguing and fighting with 2 employees on the outside where Crooke-Henriquez punched both employees in the face and neck.

He and the other man then enter the parking lot and began assaulting the representative that had originally confronted Crooke-Henriquez for urinating on the property.

This victim was able to fend off the 2 males but only after being struck in the face with a closed fist by Crooke-Henriquez.

As officers conducted the investigation, Crook-Henriquez was transported to the Bayonne Medical Center for evaluation where he proceeded to spit on an officer. He was placed under arrest and ultimately transported to headquarters for processing.

Additionally, while being processed, he threatened an officer with physical harm and was additionally charged, authorities said.
