One man was killed and three other people were injured in an early morning North Bergen shooting, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office announced.

“The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit is confirming that in the shooting incident this morning at 2033 46th Street in North Bergen, three men and one woman were shot. One adult male has died. More to follow,” the HCPO tweeted a few minutes ago.
No further information was available from their office, but sources who spoke under the condition of anonymity said that police responded to the scene just before 4 a.m.
One man was shot in the head and taken to the Jersey City Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, sources said.
The HCPO is investigating the incident in conjunction with the North Bergen Police Department.
