Cuevas, 89, was last seen leaving the Hoboken University Medical Center at approximately 1:00 a.m. this morning.  He is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and is presently entered into (NCIC) the National Crime Information Center as an endangered missing person, authorities said.

In most cases he will respond to his name, however, he does not recall his address or family contact numbers – nor does he have any particular places of interest, officials said.

Furthermore, Cuevas does not have any identification, cell phone, money or credit cards on his person. He is said to be shy and will not stop to ask for help, police said.

Cuevas currently resides and has had several last known addresses in Jersey City, as well as one previous address in Bayonne.
