Union City native Francesca Castro hosted “Project Grandma,†a fundraiser to honor her late grandmother by bringing awareness to pancreatic cancer.

The event, which included a DJ and emcee from Hot 97, dancing, and musical performances, was a great time for those in attendance.
Castro spoke with Hudson County View about the importance of the event and her plans moving forward to bring more awareness to pancreatic cancer.
