A three-vehicle crash inside the Lincoln Tunnel early this morning has traffic backed up all the way to Route 3 in Clifton, according to multiple reports.Â

The accident, which involved a bus, occurred at 6:20 a.m. this morning and caused minor injuries, leaving traffic heading into New York at a stand still, according to Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
ABC Eyewitness News reported that while a a portion of the south tube reopened by 7:30 a.m., traffic getting into the tunnel was delayed by at least an hour – which had an impact on roadways all the way into Clifton, such as Route 3 and Route 21.
Portions of Jersey City, North Bergen, Secaucus and Harrison are still experiencing stop and go traffic, according to CBS New York.
