On Saturday, shortly before 6 a.m., the Jersey City Police Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to 33 Suburbia Court on a report of a woman in need of medical attention.

Upon arrival, Jersey City police officers found a female needing medical assistance as well as an unresponsive female infant. The infant was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 6:05 a.m.
