Christopher Novembre, 44, of North Bergen, has been charged with third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (Oxycodone) and third-degree possession with the intent to distribute CDS, Musella said in a statement.

Yesterday members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force, Cliffside Park Police Department and Bergen County Regional SWAT Team arrested November as he was parked in his vehicle in Cliffside Park.

He was in possession of oxycodone pills he intended to sell, and on another occasion, sold oxycodone to an undercover police detective.

The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love, the East Rutherford Police Department under the direction of Chief Dennis M. Rivelli, and the Cliffside Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Marc Marano.

Musella thanked the aforementioned law enforcement agencies, along with the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team, for their assistance in this investigation.
