A Jersey City woman was arrested in Bayonne for threatening an eight-year-old with a kitchen knife last week, police said. Bayonne police

Marissa Halum, 39, of Jersey City, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon, according to Police Capt. Janine Foy.

Around 10:18 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27th, Halum was arrested near the 1200 block of John F. Kennedy Boulevard for mistreating and assaulting two juvenile victims: ages six and eight years old, authorities said.

Furthermore, Halum was accused of threatening the eight-year-old child with a kitchen knife, officials said. She was then processed and remanded to the Hudson County jail.
