Lamont Clark, 19, Malachi Thomason, 21, and Rymel D. Graham, 20, all of Bayonne, were each charged with aggravated assault, according to Police Capt. Eric Amato.

Yesterday, Thomason was taken into custody at 6:33 p.m. from the area of 18th Street and Avenue C, Clark at 7 p.m. from the area of 25th Street and Broadway, and Graham at 8:30 p.m. from the area of 63rd Street.

All three were arrested due to an arrest warrant issued for their involvement in an aggravated assault reported on October 10th at approximately 9:19 p.m. in the area of 18th Street and Broadway.

On that date and time, officers responded to the area on a report of a person being assaulted. The investigation determined that the three above-listed males approached a 17-year-old male victim and began assaulting him.

During the assault, the three actors kicked and punched the victim about the head, face, and body numerous times, ultimately leaving the victim unconscious on the sidewalk.

A friend of the victim who was in the area was able to intervene, causing the attackers to flee.

An ensuing investigation ultimately led to Clark, Thomason, and Graham being identified as the suspects and warrants were issued for their arrests, authorities said.
