A New York woman was caught possessing a whip, two knives, and pepper spray after she was arrested for breaking a rear view mirror in Secaucus, police said.

On June 4th at approximately 9:59 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Edison Park Fast, located at 675 New County Road, on a report of a suspicious activity, according to Police Chief Dennis Miller.
During the investigation, the police arrested Sheba Flood, 30, of Uniondale, New York for criminal mischief for breaking the rear mirror of a vehicle.
Flood was also charged with unlawful possession of a weapon for possessing a whip, unlawful possession of a weapon for possessing two knives, and illegally possessing a OC pepper spray.
She was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody, Miller said, who indicated that he could not release any further information at this time.
