Police: Man stole credit card out of locker at LA Fitness in Secaucus, bought 3 Apple watches

A man stole a credit card out of a locker at the LA Fitness in Secaucus and then bought three Apple watches at Walmart for $1,340.28, Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

On Thursday at approximately 12:45 p.m, the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division made an arrest in relation to a June 2nd theft from a locker at LA Fitness, located at 485 Harmon Meadow Boulevard, Miller said in a statement.

Noa Lisimachio, 19, of New York, New York, was charged with two counts of theft, burglary, conspiracy, employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime, and two separate charges of fraudulent use of a credit card.

The victim’s stolen credit card was used at Walmart where Lismachio purchased three Apple Watches valued at $1,340.28. He also conspired with a juvenile female who also attempted to make purchases at Walmart, Miller told HCV in an email.

Lisimachio was arrested at the Secaucus Police Headquarters, located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road, where he was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody, authorities said.
