A Belleville man and a New York woman were busted for engaging in prostitution at a Secaucus hotel, Police Chief Dennis Miller announced.

On Friday, July 25th at 6:47 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, the Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit arrested a man Michael Giglio, 31, of Belleville, for engaging in prostitution, Miller said in a statement.
The Anti-Crime Unit was patrolling the area of the Red Roof Inn and stopped the vehicle being operated by Giglio for several motor vehicle violations.
During the stop, it became known that Giglio had arranged to engage in sexual activity with Katalina Guzman, 31, of Queens, New York, in exchange for money.
She was placed under arrest fo promoting prostitution and engaging in prostitution. They were both issued their complaint summonses before being released from police custody, authorities said.
