Police: 12-year-old Bayonne boy cornered, punched with brass knuckles


A 12-year-old Bayonne boy was cornered​ by five juveniles and ordered to “empty his pockets” before getting punched with brass knuckles, police said.

On Thursday, April 13th, around 4:30 p.m., the 12-year-old was injured after one of the members of the group punched him while wearing brass knuckles, authorities said.

The boy sought private medical attention for a minor injury and the incident, which occurred near the intersection of 49th Street and Broadway, remains under investigation officials said.
