OEM Coordinator Ed “Junior” Ferrante said that there are 678 coronavirus cases, 69 fatalities, and 357 full recoveries as of 5:52 p.m. Monday.

“We have 357 Bayonne residents that are considered recovered. Recovered patients, according to the CDC, no longer have to isolate or be reported. This is the largest single one day decrease in day over day positive cases in Bayonne,” Ferrante wrote in his daily COVID-19 report.

Just 24 hours ago, OEM reported 725 coronavirus cases, 69 fatalities, and 303 full recoveries.

As of this afternoon, the New Jersey Department of Health revealed 18,051 COVID-19 cases and 1,137 deaths, the first and third most in the state by county, respectively.
