“For nearly three years I’ve lived under a Justice Department cloud and today I am outraged that this cloud has not been lifted,” Menendez told a room full of supporters and members of the media at the Newark Hilton.

“I’m outraged that prosecutors at the Justice Department were tricked into starting this investigation three years ago with false allegations by those who have a political motive to silence me, but I will not be silenced. I’m confident – at the end of the day – I will be vindicated and they will be exposed.”

  1. Nah, the truth is that Bob got slammed with a very bad bribery charge. The other stuff he might have had a shot. No, the bribery charge is deadly and he’s done. He knows it too.

  2. I’m shocked that John did not wear a Tuxedo to this event … Robert Menedez is DELUSIONAL !…I guess Bobby forgot all the underage girls { 18 is the legal age in D.R. } that he had sex with in the Villa ?… Hey the testimony of the girls are in the New York Post or Times…In fact the 16 year old girls just call him a fat white guy with glasses with money with no idea who he was. And yes then all the deals he made for the D.R… I wish I could blame others for all my troubles right BOBBY ???
