A man was caught masturbating naked outside a Secaucus hotel while he was believed to be high on methamphetamine last week, Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

On Thursday, June 4th, around 11:57 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of the Red Roof Inn, located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway, on a report of a naked man performing a lewd act, Miller said in a statement.
During the investigation, the police arrested Jason Rivera, 29, of Garfield, for lewdness, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous believed to be methamphetamine, police said.
Rivera was found naked outside on the street near the hotel and was caught masturbating, Miller explained in an email to HCV.
After being arrested, Rivera was served his complaint warrant and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, authorities said.
