The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 people during another warrants sweep, with charges ranging from sexual assault in one instance, to being a fugitive from justice in two others.

“I’m very proud of the fine officers who conducted this operation. Their dedication and commitment to public safety is unrivaled, and these arrests should send a clear message that breaking the law is not tolerated in Hudson County,” Sheriff Frank Schillari said in a statement.
A full list of the 27 suspects arrested during the warrant sweep (as well as their offenses) are as follows:
Sexual Assault
Luis Medina, 72, of Union City, was charged with sexual assault of a victim under 13, a violation of his probation
Aggravated Assault
Andrew Panariello, 35, of Davenport, FL, was charged with aggravated assault, robbery by force, possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, and endangering injured victim
Justin K. Matos, 26, of Bayonne, was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon
Monae Z. Coleman, 23, of Jersey City, was charged with aggravated assault
Giovanni Reid, 24, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer
Tamper Clay, 34, of Jersey City, was charged with aggravated assault
Robbery
Rodney Miller, 48, of Jersey City, was charged with robbery
Resisting arrest
Francisco Gomez, 34, of Newark, was charged with resisting arrest and eluding
Burglary
Dennis J. Mack, 22, of Jersey City, was charged with burglary
Felicindo Jimenez, 38, of Jersey City for burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal trespass
Theft
Leonardo Borrero, 25, of East Orange, for theft by unlawful taking of movable property valued between $500 and $74,999, conspiracy with multiple objectives, and criminal mischief with damage
Sebastian Pierrecent, 18, of Newark, was charged with theft by unlawful taking
Receiving Stolen Property
Darlyn Garcia, 19, of Jersey City, was charged with receiving stolen property
Tobiasz Marchel, 35, of Jersey City, for receiving stolen property, forgery, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance
Isaiah L. Thomas, 35 year old male of East Stroudsburg, PA, was charged with receiving stolen property, credit card theft, wrongful impersonation, and fraud use of credit card
Brianna Roach, 26, of Jersey City, was charged with receiving stolen property
Unlawful Possession of a Weapon
Dalvin M. Matthews, 24, of Rockaway, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon
Criminal Attempt
Justin Rubio, 32, of Jersey City, was charged with criminal attempt
Distribution
Jumari Champagne, 18, of Jersey City, was charged with CDS distribution with 500 feet of certain public property
Rasean Gosa, 42, of Jersey City, was charged with manufacturing/distributing CDS or intent to manufacture/distribute CDS, maintaining and operating a CDS production facility, and knowingly exhibiting a false government issued ID
Drug Possession
Jan E. Cotoner, 33, of Jersey City, was charged with possession of CDS
Ronnie Baisden, 43, of Jersey City, was charged with possession of CD near school property, violating his probation
Tammy Bland, 56, of Newark, was charged with possession of CDS/analog, a violation of his probation
Robert A. Pabillar, 47, of Jersey City, was charged with possession of CDS/analog
Stalking
Peter Baerga, 40, of Jersey City, was charged with stalking
Fugitive From Justice
William Rogers, 25, of Jersey City, was charged with being a fugitive From justice out of the state of Pennsylvania
Andy Petithomme, 34, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with being a fugitive from justice out of the state of New York
