“A new office website was overdue. The new website is comprehensive and user-friendly,” Hudson County Register Jeff Dublin said in a statement.

The new website provides free access to all relevant and updated documents, while information about the office and services can be found more easily.

The website is also optimized for search and social web and for mobile use.

The Office of the Register of Deeds and Mortgages in certain counties of New Jersey
was established in 1904.

“The mission of the office is to record, file and preserve all formal written documents which affect real property throughout the 12 municipalities that make up Hudson County,” according to the register’s office.
