Justin Tyler, 45, of Hoboken was charged with criminal sexual contact, an open warrant out of Newark, and a fugitive from justice warrant out of New York City.

Between 8 and 9 a.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to 2nd and Washington Streets on reports of a man “inappropriately touching females.” A description was provided, but the suspect had left the scene.

Shortly after that, another similar incident was reported near the PATH Terminal. When police arrived, once again, the suspect was no longer at the scene.

Officers eventually located and identified Tyler shortly before 9 a.m. near 800 Hudson St. and issued the aforementioned charges, Rubin noted.
