Hoboken 2nd Ward Councilwoman Tiffanie Fisher raised $80,609.46 in her bid for mayor in the second quarter of 2025, with $103,963.42, based on her July 21st report filed with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (NJ ELEC).

“This campaign is being built the right way – from the ground up, by the people who live here. No developer money. No big checks from outside influencers. Just hundreds of Hoboken residents saying loud and clear: we deserve better than the status quo. We want change,” she said in a statement today.
“Hoboken’s growth must work for the people who live here. As mayor, I’ll make sure every new development puts residents’ interests first – not political donors or special interests.”
She also pointed out that of the campaign’s 280 donations in Q2, 244 came from Hoboken residents.
Between April 1st and June 30th, Fisher reports raising $90,609.46 – which includes a $10,000 loan – spending $25,281.73, and $103,963.42 cash on hand. Her filing was also six days late.
Stephen Dunn, who is retired, donated $5,500, her father David showed his support with $5,000, Steeprock Capital Founder John Bucci gave $2,500, her sister Audra contributed $2,300, and Foundation Risk Partners Founder John Graham wrote a check for $1,000.
High Trail Capital Founder Eric Helenek contributed $5,500, as did fellow Hobokenite Lauren Hoelzer and Sea Girt resident Sarah-Marie Martin, while Hoboken Community Center founding board member Toni Tomarazzo donated $1,500.
As for expenses, her campaign manager, Al Benninghoff, was paid a total of $12,150, while Lambertville-based Publitics received $10,395 for media consulting.
Fisher, who has loaned her campaign $40,000 to date, was the top fundraiser among the five declared mayoral candidates in Q2, with 3rd Ward Councilman Mike Russo still boasting the most cash on hand, though Councilwoman-at-Large Emily Jabbour was not fair behind.
The four council members running, including 4th Ward Councilman Ruben Ramos, all have over $100,000 cash on hand, and Fisher has the least.
The fifth candidate is former U.S. Treasury official Dini Ajmani, who loaned her campaign $200,000 in the first quarter of this year.
“The momentum and buy-in we’re seeing reflects that our message is resonating. This isn’t politics as usual – this is a movement to elect a different kind of mayor, one who puts residents back at the center of every decision,” Fisher added.
“Our campaign is ready to do more than just send a message to the political establishment. We’re building a movement to win.”
The non-partisan Hoboken mayoral race, where the three council-at-large and 6th Ward council seat will also be up for grabs, is set for November 4th.

TF: “Not the Establishment”
Day Two:
TF: ” Proud to announce Dave Mello from the Anthony Romano factions of the HCDO as my runningmate.
“Thanks Craig!”
Who will Win the HCDO corruption PAC’s support?
Tiffanie or Emily?
The political operative friend from another Hoboken candidate just blew a gasket.
Yes, there is a thing called real Hoboken support for good government. Thankfully.
Wanna see a gasket blown? Watch Mello when a woman pisses him off …Tone Deaf Tiffany
She can’t hear because she never shuts up.
But Angry Marsh Mello is a Tiffany Supporter…
The most angry I ever saw Dave Mello was against Michael Russo at the end of a council meeting.
He doesn’t have much tolerance for scams or racist buildings run by the Russo Klan.
Give me Dave Mello any day.
Stick took him once…Mello without Zimmer is known as #12
take a look at fairview insurance and the grahams…cool tiff glad their money is good enough for you
Ms ” I wont take money from Developers” ( Private equity/commercial wall street investor/ corporate landlord) worked for years making huge salary and buyouts as a commercial real estate executive. She hasn’t had to work in a decade!
Her own donations are essentially DEVELOPER money.
Just because she’s not taking donations from LOCAL developers NO, doesn’t mean she’s not funded through development
And as for Fairview insurance, that’s proof she’s a HCDO puppet
That is just a really stupid remark.
Tiffany, Analytics proves you wrong.
Just because you shout down and argue with EVERYONE who asks you a question doesn’t mean you’re right.
Your best day in the election was the day Joe Q handed you a layup with his bunny text.
Better start offering more sour dough for votes.
