Togus Urban Renewal, the property’s redeveloper, will be “providing a comprehensive overview of the property’s transformation from an industrial plant to a 21st century movie and television production facility,” Mayor Jimmy Davis said in a statement.

The redeveloper’s engineers, architects, planners, and financial analysts will be on hand, along with the city’s planners, attorneys, and financial analysts as part of the roundtable discussion.

The Bayonne Planning Board approved the project, which includes nearly 75 acres of land near Avenue A and West 1st Street, back in March.

The meeting will be held at Bayonne High School tomorrow at 7 p.m. and will be televised on BEN-TV – Channel 77 on Optimum and Channel 40 on Verizon Fios – and will also be livestreamed on the Bayonne Board of Education’s YouTube channel.

Additionally, it will be rebroadcast later on BAY-TV – Channel 78 on Optimum and Channel 42 on Verizon.
