The Bayonne Police Department is investigating an incident where a man was beaten by three men before being robbed of $30 and his cell phone.

The 28-year-old man reports that while walking on 39th Street between Avenue C and Avenue B, three men exited a parked car and surrounded him, according to Police Capt. Eric Amato.
The actors then proceeded to punch and kick the victim as they demanded all of the victim’s money and cellphone.
The actors fled the scene after robbing the victim of his cellphone and approximately $30 in cash and no injuries were reported, with no arrests made at this time, authorities said.
