Yesterday, just before 8:00 p.m., members of the Jersey City Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Martin Luther King Drive and Forrest Street in Jersey City.

The second victim, a 17-year-old female, was located on the corner of Martin Luther King Drive and Oak Street, officials said.
