Ashley Johnson, 21, Shakeema High, 23, Jessica Rivera, 28, and Jasmine Johnson, 26, all of Hoboken, were all charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct, while Johnson was also charged with possession of marijuana, according to Police Det. Sgt. Edgardo Cruz.

Around 2:58 a.m. Saturday morning, Hoboken police observed a large group engaged in a verbal dispute in the area of 5th Street and Marshall Drive, where they were initially able to separate the group and send everyone on their way, authorities said.

However, officers were dispatched to the area again after the group became unruly, with “a large group” pushing and shoving each other, noting that High hit another female in the face, officials said.

She was immediately placed under arrest as officers separated the other combatants form each other, eventually placing the other three women under arrest, police said.
