The Hoboken Police Department has released surveillance footage to help identify and locate a shooting suspect in connection to an incident from early Sunday morning.

The suspect is wanted in connection to a man being shot in the area of 940 Monroe Street on Sunday, October 11th at approximately 2:30 a.m. The suspect was seen pulling over in the area of 9th Street between Madison and Monroe in a four door dark colored sedan, according to Police Det. Lt. Danilo Cabrera.
The suspect exited the vehicle, approached the victim and shot the victim several times before returning to the vehicle and exited northbound out of Hoboken.
The victim was initially listed as critical but stable after being transported to the Jersey City Medical Center for treatment.
