Christine E. O’Brien, 39, of North Bergen, was charged with defiant trespass and resisting arrest, Palaez wrote in the weekly police blotter.

On March 3rd, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Benny’s Liquors, located at 7000 Park Ave, on a report of a woman trespassing on their property.

During their on-scene investigation, officers arrested O’Brien on the aforementioned charges before being transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest processing.

After that was completed, she was issued her complaint summons and released from police custody, authorities said.

Police said she was less aggressive than when she was arrested at Benny’s Liquors on January 30th, when a punched a Guttenberg police officer after getting caught shoplifting from the establishment.
