Union City police seeking public’s help to locate man that went missing last week

The Union City Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate a young man that went missing after being spotted at a Jersey City light rail station last week.

Devin Richard Biedenkapp, 24, stands about six feet, one inches tall and weight around 167 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair (in dreadlocks), the Union City PD wrote on their Facebook page.

He was last seen wearing a black hat, black gloves, a North Face jacket, a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and red sneakers while at the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail station at 9th and Congress Streets in Jersey City on Thursday around 8 p.m.
