The Museum of Jersey City History will celebrate 25 years of LGBTQIA+ history as part of Pride Month, beginning with a Pride flag raising and opening reception tomorrow at 10 a.m.

The exhibit will feature artifacts from 25 years of Jersey City Pride, Venus Pellagatti Xtravaganza, and a special presentation of the Curious Matter Erasure Gallery project, featuring work by Raymond E. Mingst.
The exhibit will be open Wednesdays and Saturdays between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m or by appointment, with a Pride Talk Series being held on Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
“We are committed to launching a museum that is inclusive and representative of all of Jersey City, with its diverse population and many cultures,” the museum’s website says of their mission.
