Secaucus police seeking public’s help regarding three-car crash on Thanksgiving

The Secaucus Police Department is seeking the public’s help regarding a three-car crash on Route 3 East that occurred midday on Thanksgiving.

On Thursday at 12:42 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Route 3 East for a three-vehicle crash. The crash occurred in the left and center lanes as the vehicles were coming off the Hackensack River Bridge, according to Police Capt. Dennis Miller.

The involved vehicles were all passenger vehicles, which included a BMW, Audi and Honda. Two individuals suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash and were taken to the Hudson Regional Hospital in Secaucus for treatment, authorities said.

Police believe speed may be a factor and are seeking any information members of the public may have.
