A 22-year-old West New York man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl he met through social media, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced.

Yesterday, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested Elver Rosario, 22, of West New York, who has been charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact.
He was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 5 p.m. without incident.
Suarez credited the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit for the investigation and arrest.

I know who the girl is she did probably lied about her age saying shes older, she has done this to few guys I personally know. Next time a guy gets with a girl ask for their id because some girls now a day will get you in big trouble.
