Nicholas Sanchez, 25, of North Bergen, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child/possession of child sex abuse material, Suarez said in a statement.

He was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus yesterday and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.

On December 15th, 2023, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip that child sex abuse material was being stored on an online server.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined Sanchez controlled the account.

Suarez credited the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Special Victims Unit, Cyber Crimes Unit, Narcotics Task Force, and North Bergen Police Department with the investigation and arrest.
