A 41-year-old Jersey City man has been charged with groping an 11-year-old girl inside a store in the Heights last month, Acting Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello announced.

Prince Fullwood, 41, of Jersey City, is charged with sexual assault by contact and endangering the welfare of a child, Mello said in a statement.
He was arrested at his residence and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.
The crime occurred on August 31st, inside of a store in the area of Summit Avenue and Baldwin Avenue. The 11-year-old female victim reported being groped by an unknown man while she was inside a store.
Mello credited the arrest to the HCPO Special Victims Unit (SVU) with assistance from the Jersey City Police Department.
