Yesterday, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Hudson County Regional SWAT Team arrested Stanley Feliz, 29, of Bayonne, Suarez said in a statement.

The victim, who is now 17, was supplied marijuana when the crimes were committed on multiple occasions between June 2019 and June 2020.

Feliz is charged with sexual assault and two separate counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The sexual assault arrest warrant for Feliz was executed in the early morning hours Wednesday at his home on Washington Parkway.

Following that arrest, the Bayonne Police Department conducted a court authorized search warrant of the residence in connection with an unrelated narcotics investigation.

Feliz was subsequently charged with multiple narcotics offenses by the Bayonne PD.

According to Police Capt. Eric Amato, Felix was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), distribution of CDS, distribution of marijuana over 25 pounds, distribution of marijuana within 500 feet of public property, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia with the intent to distribute.

Feliz was taken into custody at approximately 5:22 yesterday from his residence on Washington Parkway.

After a lengthy investigation into the distribution of narcotics by Feliz, Bayonne PD detectives arrested Feliz and recovered 11.9 grams of cocaine, a substantial amount of THC infused edibles, over 25 pounds of various strains of marijuana, and numerous pieces of narcotic paraphernalia.

Also on scene of the arrest were investigators assigned to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, Special Victims Unit (SVU), who arrested him in connection to their unrelated case.

Additionally, Suarez credited the Special Victims Unit, the Bayonne Police Department, and the Hudson County Regional SWAT Team for working collaboratively on the investigations and making the arrest.
