Edgardo Perez-Gonzalez, 22, of Queens, New York, was charged with lewdness, resisting arrest, and loitering for the purpose of prostitution, according to Police Lt. Michael Viggiani.

On Tuesday, April 11th, at approximately 7:46 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of Buchmuller Park and Plaza Centre Road on a report of a woman exposing her breasts to passing vehicles.

Viggiani told HCV that this was observed by officers, and when confronted, Perez-Gonzalez explained she was doing this in an attempt to stop vehicles so she could get a ride.

“This was also done in vicinity of the Buchmuller Park that had young children around. The actor subsequently begin to resist officers when being placed under arrest,” the ranking officer added.

Perez-Gonzalez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody, authorities said.
