Police: Massachusetts man arrested for exposing himself to employee at Secaucus hotel

A Massachusetts man was arrested for exposing himself to an employee at a Secaucus hotel last week, Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

Daniel Cater, 38, of Brockton, MA, was charged with lewdness last week, Miller said in a statement.

On Monday, October 17th at approximately 6:39 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the Candlewood Suites, located at 279 Secaucus Road. on a report of a man who had unlawfully entered an employee’s area of the hotel.

Additionally, it was also reported that the man also performed a lewd act, specifically exposing himself to a hotel employee while he was in the employee’s area.

Cater was arrested, issued his complaint summons, and released from police custody, authorities said.
