Karim Durant, 37, of Irvington, has been charged with talking, lewdness, harassment and disorderly conduct, according to Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo.

At about 4:14 pm yesterday, the victim, a female in her mid-20s, told Port Authority police that while she was inside the Hoboken PATH station, the suspect had brushed against her and walked off, authorities said.

Durant then returned, stood in front of her, exposed himself and masturbated. The woman said the suspect faced her on the platform inside 40 Hudson Pl. He also followed the victim into a 33rd Street bound train, though she was not injured, officials said.

Port Authority police arrested the suspect and he is due back in Central Judiciary Processing  Court in Jersey City on December 4th.

There was no disruption to rail service as a result of the incident, police said.

  1. Come on Karim, I told you this already! Put that lollipop away, nobody wants a taste of that nasty candy!

Jokes aside, how do we know this isn’t just Louis CK still dressed up for Halloween? “If the action fits, you must insist!”
