A Jersey City man was caught with 43 bags of heroin at the Journal Square PATH station on Tuesday, police said.

Calvin Clark, 50, of Jersey City, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin) with an intent to distribute and possession of CDS, according to Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
At about 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Port Authority police at Journal Square on the concourse level were conducting safety bag checks and the suspect was found to be in possession of 43 yellow wax folds of alleged heroin, officials said.
Authorities arrested the suspect without incident and there was no disruption to transportation service as a result of the arrest.
Clark is due back in court on April 20 at 9:00 a.m., police said.
