On February 21st at approximately 8:09 p.m., the Secaucus Police Department Anti-Crime Unit arrested Vanessa Garrido, 27, of Union City.

About an hour-and-a-half later, Zulay Guerrero, 39, of Jamaica, New York, was arrested, followed by Rosmery Perdomoarmas, 29, of Elizabeth, and Decnis Cambonmiranda, 29, of Union City, at about 11:48 p.m.

They were all charged with promoting prostitution and engaging in prostitution, with the exception of Cambonmiranda, who was only charged with promoting prostitution.

They were all issued their respective complaint summonses before being released from police custody, authorities said.

Miller added that this was part of “ongoing efforts to address this problem activity and the underlying crimes that come along with prostitution,” and since investigations are ongoing, no further information will be released at this time.
