On August 23rd, a victim reported that an unknown individual, later identified as Bostic, entered his parked vehicle and removed property from it. The ensuing investigation led to Bostic being identified as the actor.

On September 27th, an e-bike linked to a previously reported theft was recovered from Bostic’s residence. He was previously charged with the theft and was additionally charged on October 5th with receiving stolen property, authorities said.
